Say hello to Zira! ^-^ One word: masterpiece.
I LOVE how she turned out, she gave me a lot of hard work but the results are gorgeous, aren't they? I did this figure all by myself, using a Scar figure as a base: I cut of Scar's mane with a cutter, modelled the ears with clay, fixed the neck to make it smoother, erased the scar on her right eye with some clay and then baked the figure (Yeah, figures don't melt as long as you don't exceed 250 Celsius degrees). Once she was ready I repainted her with acrylics and then gave a her a finishing touch with a semi-gloss sculpey glaze. I managed to make the eyes the right way (YAY!) with black lines and stuff... I'm SO proud of her! Doesn't she look nearly official?
For the ones who don't know anything about Kovu, he's a custom figure too (as you probably noticed XD) but I didn't do it myself, I couldn't make the right colours so I gave up and bought him on ebay ^^
Finally mother and son are reunited, in the next day's I'll work on making Nuka and then I'll try to find a good figure to make Vitani (I have a cub version of her but the adult one seems really harder -.-)
